About Our SMS Program

King Enterprises and its subsidiary companies (collectively, "King Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our") operate business SMS messaging services to communicate with our clients, vendors, and business partners. SMS messages may include:

• Business updates and notifications related to your account or services
• Task assignments, scheduling, and appointment reminders
• Order status updates and delivery notifications
• Service alerts, invoices, and payment reminders
• Equipment rental confirmations and return reminders

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from King Enterprises through any of the following methods:

• Website enrollment: Completing the SMS enrollment form above on this page
• Client onboarding: Providing your mobile phone number and SMS consent during the client setup process when engaging with any King Enterprises subsidiary
• Account setup: Providing your mobile phone number when your account is created by a King Enterprises administrator on your behalf, with your verbal or written consent

In all cases, you must provide affirmative consent (checking a consent box, signing a form, or verbally confirming) before we send you any SMS messages. We do not send unsolicited messages to anyone who has not opted in.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your business activity and the services you use. Typical usage ranges from 1 to 10 messages per week. You may receive more or fewer messages depending on active orders, scheduled services, or account activity. You control notification preferences through your account settings or by contacting us.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. King Enterprises is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to SMS messages sent through our service.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of these methods:

• Reply STOP to any message from us — you will receive a confirmation and no further messages
• Email us at info@kingenterprises.co with your phone number and opt-out request
• Call us at (830) 379-6523 during business hours

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will not be charged for the opt-out message.

Our SMS service supports all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to carrier network issues.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your phone number and personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
